By using Reframer ("the app"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Service Description
Reframer is an iOS application that uses artificial intelligence to restore and enhance photos. You upload a photo, select a restoration category, and receive an AI-enhanced version of that photo.
Free Tier & Paid Plans
Reframer provides 3 free photo restorations per user, tracked server-side. After your free restorations are used, continued use requires a paid plan:
- Monthly subscription: $2.99/month, billed through the App Store
- Lifetime unlock: $9.99 one-time purchase through the App Store
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, abusive, harmful, or explicit content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the app or its AI processing
- Abuse the API, circumvent rate limits, or exploit the free tier
- Use the app for any purpose that violates applicable law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
Your photos are yours. You retain all rights to both your original and AI-restored photos. Reframer claims no ownership, license, or usage rights over any photo you upload or receive.
The Reframer name, logo, website content, and app design are the intellectual property of Reframer and may not be reproduced without permission.
AI Restoration Disclaimer
Restoration results are generated by AI and are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that:
- Restorations will perfectly match the original scene or subject
- Results will be free of artifacts or imperfections
- The AI will produce identical results for the same photo across different sessions
Reframer is a photo enhancement tool, not a forensic or evidentiary service. Do not rely on restored photos for legal, medical, or identification purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Reframer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reframer shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data or photos
- Inaccurate, unsatisfactory, or unexpected restoration results
- Service interruptions, downtime, or server errors
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Reframer is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Reframer after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
